1. Nature of Services (Educational Only)Foundations of Finance provides financial education services only. All sessions, materials, and discussions are intended for general educational and informational purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
We do not:

5. Payments and RefundsAll session fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Sessions may be refunded or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice
No refunds for missed sessions or late cancellations
Foundations of Finance reserves the right to make exceptions at its discretion
You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee
Free 10-minute calls are optional, non-binding, and provided for general guidance and fit assessment only. No advice or guarantees are provided during these calls.
8. Intellectual PropertyAll materials, content, and session information are the property of Foundations of Finance. You may not copy, record, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written permission.
9. User ConductYou agree to participate respectfully, not misuse the service, and not attempt to record or distribute sessions without consent. Foundations of Finance reserves the right to refuse service if necessary.
10. PrivacyAny information you provide is used solely to deliver services and improve your experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
11. ModificationsWe reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
12. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
