I have been thinking about money a lot this holiday season. I want to give gifts to a lot of people, but I just don’t have the money to get the caliber of gift that I would want. SO I’ve looked up some cheap gift ideas online and thought I would share. These are mostly homemade and food gifts, but I thought they were pretty good ideas. Remember—the explanations of what the gifts are came from someone else’s site. I don’t say things like “fetching” unless I’m joking about something…Enjoy!

Mulling Sachets
These spice bundles for hot cider make warmhearted gifts, and are especially fetching tied with cheerful red twine.

Popcorn Tins
Pack two kinds of homemade flavored popcorn in one bucket tin.

Recipe Booklet
A collection of holiday recipes, accompanied by a sweet sample, is a gift that will be appreciated for years. The cheery presentation adds to its appeal. Pass on your culinary traditions to friends.

Fabric-Covered Frames
Family photographs or vacation snapshots are always safe bets as gifts. They become even more thoughtful when placed in embellished frames, ready to display

Homemade Salts
Give the gift of relaxation. These salts make great gifts for anyone on your list.

Gift-Card Holders
Get presents all tied up-with ribbon. Our two ideas work for gift cards, tickets, cash, and more. Grace oversize gift tags with ribbon pockets or turn wide ribbons into pouches. Either can be attached to a package or presented on it’s own.
