Why are credit cards so tricky? I’ve been thinking about the credit card game lately and reading different things and one article I read was pointing out the benefits of credit cards. The author receives so many benefits because so many other people are terrible at using their credit cards.

Think about it.

Many use credit cards. There are also many cards out there that offer bonuses and rewards. How can these company offer rewards to so many people? Because not very many people are taking advantage of them.

So I’m thinking today we stop letting our cards use us and start using our cards. When you treat your credit in a smart and responsible way you can start taking advantage of these rewards paid for by those not using their cards wisely.

I had a very interesting experience the other day. I was driving around with my parents and my father needed to get gas. Instead of looking around for the cheapest gas he pulled up to the closest gas station and started filling the tank.

My mother in the meantime sat in the back just biting her tongue. I could tell she was frustrated that my dad was spending more than he needed to. That’s when she told me about a popular saying which goes something like, “men will pay $2 for something they need even if they can get it for $1 somewhere else and women will pay $1 for something they don’t need if it’s originally $2.”

This is so true and I think we both could work to men our ways and save money. If both genders were to take better care to not spend unnecessary money then we could both save a lot of money.

The month of June has been the third straight month to see high sales increasing. This is great news because it was the real estate bubble that got us into this economic mess. When that starts to steady it seems the rest of things will begin to steady.

Much of house sales increasing has to do with federal and statewide credits that are being granted this year for first time home buyers. So many people are becoming motivated to get their feet wet in this market now that they see a benefit.

There are different state wide credits so you should look to see what your state is doing to encourage home sales. Maybe you could benefit from one of these incentives.
